Located at 902 North Highland Road, the former Brooks County Sausage Building is conveniently located mere blocks from Highway 84. Interstate 75 is also located relatively close at just under 15 miles east. Interstate 10 can also be accessed with ease as it is no more than 35 miles away. Rail can also be accessed as well as air at the nearby Quitman Brooks County Airport or the Valdosta Airport. Shipping ports are less than 200 miles at Brunswick, Savannah, and Jacksonville.

Airports are easily accessible as well as the shipping ports at Brunswick, Savannah, and Jacksonville (less than 200 miles away).
The Quitman Arts & Crafts Building is approximately 50,000 sq. ft. with 10,000 sq. ft. available. The building is situated on a 3.83 acre lot. Utilities provided by the City of Quitman include water, sewer, and natural gas. Electricity is supplied by the MEAG. .
